Tabata Intervals of:
Hang Power Cleans, 95lbs/65lbs
AbMat Sit-ups

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for eight intervals. There is no rest between stations.


1. Low Incline Alternating KB Press: 5 sets x 6-8 reps/arm
